TD Summer Reading Club

Starting June 24th, children can register for the TD Summer Reading Club! When you register for the program, you will receive a book bag, an activity book, stickers and a reading passport (where you will record the books you’ve finished reading). The challenge? We want the children of Brampton to read 50,000 books!

Each time you have read two books, come to the Library and show us your reading passport! We’ll add your name to the reading wall! AND, you will get a sticker and a ballot for a chance to win a weekly prize of: a Chapters gift card, a free scoop of ice cream from Baskin Robbins® and a “one free pass” to any City of Brampton Parks and Recreational Centre. After you have read 10 books, you will get a temporary tattoo!

Then, after you have read 20 books, you will receive your FINAL reading prize. What is the final reading prize? You’ll have to read to find out.

This year, we’re challenging club members to read 50,000 books!

Oh - at the end of the summer, we will collect all of the ballots from the weekly prizes we’ll do a final draw for a chance to win a Nintendo DSi!!
