Volunteering

Brampton Library needs you! Volunteer at the Library and help your community. Brampton Library offers the following volunteer opportunities.

Youth

• Reading Buddy - Encourage a love of reading by listening to children read and help them with their reading skills.
• Program Assistant - Assist Library staff with in –house and outreach programs
• Teen Library Council - Advise the Library on teen issues and concerns, and to help the Library fulfill teen needs and interests. Members are selected from June to August only.

Adult/Older Adult

• Homebound Delivery Service - Deliver library materials to homebound customers.
• Senior Library Council - Assist the library in meeting the needs of older adults in our community

If you are interested in becoming a volunteer please fill out an Application Form  and drop it off at any Brampton Library location. Reading Buddies requires a separate application form , please fill it out and return to any Brampton Library location.
