Frequently Asked Questions
Memory care kits are available at all Brampton Library branches. We encourage you to plan ahead and place a hold through our catalogue , with your Brampton Library card. When available, a memory care kit can be borrowed on a first-come, first-served basis. To avoid disappointment, we recommend checking for availability before you visit the Library.
Each Brampton Library cardholder may borrow five (5) kits for up to 21 days. Kits can be renewed with your Library card in our mobile app, through our website, or by calling (905-793-4636) or visiting a branch, if there are no previous holds.
Returns must be made in person to a Library staff member during open hours. Kits may be borrowed and returned at any branch. It is not necessary to return the kit to the branch it was borrowed from, but please do not attempt to return a kit through a book return/dropbox.
