Welcome to After Hours Study Hall!
After Hours Study Hall will be offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 6 p.m.–10 p.m. at our Four Corners, Gore Meadows and Springdale branches.
Springdale is accessible from the main entrance AFTER the library closes. Gore Meadows is accessible from the exterior program room door in the Recreation Centre hallway. Four Corners is accessible from the exterior program room/auditorium doors beside the 24 hour drop box near our John St. entrance.
Registration is available in person at our branches, online through our calendar of events , or by telephone at 905-793-4636 (option 3).
Please note: you must have a valid Brampton Library card to register and must present your card to check in at the start of the Study Hall.
One registration permitted per Library card.
The Study Hall is available on a first-come, first-served basis to room capacity.
You can apply online or visit any Brampton Library location. Please bring in a piece of identification with your current address.
Everyone must leave the library at closing time, and registered studiers may proceed to the study hall entrance where Security will check you in.
All studiers are expected to respect each other’s need for a quiet, safe environment with no phone calls or group work, and observe Brampton Library Rules of Conduct. Security has the right to ask anyone to leave if they are not complying with the After Hours Study Hall rules, listed below:
- You must present a valid Brampton Library membership card and be over the age of 14 to register and attend After Hours Study Hall.
- Covered drinks are permitted, but no food is allowed in the After Hours Study Hall.
- There will be no access to the library, library materials, computers, photocopiers or Chromebooks.
