Summer Reading Club

Children 0-12 years are invited to join our free summer learning program: TD Summer Reading Club. By participating, children complete challenges that encourage reading to prevent the summer slump and have fun this summer!

How It Works:

• Sign in or create an account with Beanstack

• Join the TD Summer Reading Club through your Beanstack account between June 2 – September 2, 2025

• Choose between two participation options:

• Pick up a Bingo Card from any Brampton Library location suitable for your child's age group (0-5 years or 6-12 years).

• Opt for online participation through the account created during registration.

• Complete challenges anywhere you go.

• When participating with the printed bingo card, visit the library to report your progress.

• Participating throughout the summer in print or online will give you chances to win prizes!

Earn badges for chances to win prizes by doing all kinds of stuff over the summer — reading, making things, going to library events, and exploring your community. The more badges you earn, the more chances to win!

How it works:

• Sign in or create an account with Beanstack starting on June 2 and collect tickets to be automatically entered into the bi-weekly draws for prizes!
• Complete challenges online for a shot at winning our Grand Prize of a Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart 8.
• Join before July 11 to be automatically entered into our Early Bird Draw for a Canon IVY2 mini photo printer & sticky back photo paper!
• Teen Summer Reading Club is open to Brampton Library members between the ages of 13 and 18.

Don’t let the kids have all the fun this summer!

Explore new reads and interests with the Adult Summer Reading Club activity challenge, as well as logging your Ebooks, audiobooks, non-fiction and fiction books read between June 2 to September 2. Logging regularly will get you entries to prizes including: Bi-weekly draws and a Grand Prize!

How it Works:

1. Sign up or visit any library branch to register in person at a registration station.. 

2. Complete the Adult Summer Reading Club activity bingo online - the first complete row and the entire bingo will each gain you an entry into the Grand Prize draw.

3. You can also log books online to be entered into each biweekly draw

4. You can also participate offline by going to any branch to register and get the print challenge sheet. The challenges are the same as the online ones.

5. Sign up for the Summer Soiree happening on June 13th for an evening spent with other Summer Reading club pals at our Springdale branch.  19+ ASRC participants only.
