In collaboration with the South Asian Legal Clinic of Ontario (SALCO), we’re offering low-income individuals and families free one-on-one legal advice with a lawyer or paralegal in the following areas:
- Immigration (no letters of invitation, no refugee claims - for refugee matters please contact Legal Aid Ontario directly)
- Housing law for tenants (no real estate law, no support for landlords)
- Employment standards, wrongful dismissal and employment insurance (we cannot work with you if you are unionized – please contact your union directly)
- OW, ODSP, CPP and OAS
- Small claims court matters

SALCO is a legal clinic funded by Legal Aid Ontario and is limited by the government in the services that we can provide. If you are already represented by a lawyer, SALCO is not permitted to assist you. Thank you for your understanding.
