How to Place and Track Your Holds

Place new holds through our website using your library card number and PIN. You will be prompted to select a pickup location.

You must upgrade to a full membership to place holds for pickup. If you are not able to place a hold for any reason, please email circ@bramptonlibrary.ca for assistance.

To learn more about how to place holds on materials you wish to borrow:

When your holds are ready, you will receive an email or voicemail notification from Brampton Library.

Due to the volume of items being returned and the safety protocols that we have put in place to protect you and our staff, some delays may occur.
