Multi-Year Accessibility Plan
This is Brampton Library’s second Multi-Year Accessibility Plan (MYAP). The Plan outlines how the Brampton Library will continue in its work to increase and improve accessibility through the goods, services and facilities we provide, over the next five years.
If there is something we can do to improve our accessibility services, please let us know. Feedback can be given in a variety of methods:
- In-person: Any staff member will accept feedback from a customer and will follow up with a manager.
- In writing: Comment cards are available at all branch service desks and may be given to any staff member.
