Join Canadian Women Heart Health Centre for an important presentation on how heart disease in women can be prevented.

Join the Sun Life | Osler Healthy Active Living Initiative team to discover the heart health benefits of a fibre-rich diet and physical activity in this interactive presentation, led by trained instructors. This interactive lesson will teach you how to find ways to add more fibre into your diet, and the importance of exercise on heart health and also includes a heart-pumping exercise demonstration and a healthy high-fibre food sample with an easy-to-follow recipe.

Join us for a virtual cooking workshop with LMC Healthcare as they walk participants through how to prepare foods that will enhance heart health. Everyone is welcome to attend, though this session will be geared toward seniors. This program is in partnership with WellFort Community Health Services.
