Why will Brampton Library no longer offer RBdigital?
Though Brampton Library has offered access to magazines through RBdigital for many years, the digital media landscape is constantly changing and evolving. Previously known as Zinio, RBdigital is coming under the ownership of KKR & Co. media company and will therefore no longer be operating as an independent library service.

When is the last day I can use RBdigital?
The last day for Brampton Library cardholder access will be December 31, 2020.
Will I be able to access my downloaded magazines after RBdigital goes away?
No. After December 31, 2020, RBdigital users will no longer be able to access their accounts, including downloads, wishlists, history, etc. Unfortunately, due to subscription and hosting restrictions, downloaded magazines cannot be transferred from the app to your device.

We acknowledge that some popular magazines are currently not available through PressReader, including: HELLO! Magazine, The New Yorker, The Economist, National Geographic, Woman’s World, New Scientist, Photography Week, Bon Appetit, and others.
How do I recommend magazines?
Brampton Library welcomes recommendations from our customers for titles we do not already have in our collection. If you can't find a particular magazine through PressReader, we invite you to fill out our online suggest a purchase form. In the form, please provide your Library card number, indicate the title of the magazine or publication, and select "eMagazine or eNewspaper" under the "Format" section.
